Joseph Geraci is CEO and co-founder of Intricate Bay Capital. Before founding Intricate Bay, Mr. Geraci was the co-Head of Global Spread Products within Markets at Citi, responsible for achieving the #1 global ranking on Wall Street for the combined Credit, Securitized, Structured Finance and Municipal Securities businesses. Before that, Mr. Geraci was Deputy Head of the Municipal Securities Division at Citi, where he ran Municipal Markets, Public Finance, and founded Citi Community Capital. Joe served as Vice Chair of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), the advisory boards of the Taubman Center for State and Local Government at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, the Institute for Affordable Housing at NYU’s Furman Center, and the board of The Honor Foundation. Joe graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University.
