Wade Holland joined Intricate Bay Capital in April 2022 as a Managing Director. Prior to joining Intricate Bay Capital, Mr. Holland was a Managing Director and the Head of the Global Spread Products Structuring team focused on developing and executing solutions for Citi and clients across Citi’s global footprint in the Municipal, Credit and Securitized Product business. Mr. Holland has experience in a wide range of structured products across fixed income markets including structured financings, derivatives, tax credits, receivables, renewable energy and other tailored solutions. Mr. Holland graduated from the University of Georgia in 2000.
